As I sit and watch Liverpool taking on PSV in the Champs League, I am watching Edison Mendez, an Ecuadorian, In suit for PSV. I do some snooping on the web to find out that he made his debut for the club on Saturday in the Eredivese. He scored 2 goals in the first 21 Minutes. It makes me proud to see more Ecuadorians playing in Europe. Look for both him and Luis Valencia of Wigan to have good seasons.
